Mudbug Brewery, founded in 2011 in Thibodaux, Louisiana, specializes in Cajun-themed beers celebrating local culture with five flagship beers and unique specialties. House of the Rising Sun has taken over operations, continuing Mudbug classics while introducing new, highly drinkable yet edgy HotRS beers. The taproom offers 15+ taps, merch, events, and brewhouse tours.
