Miel Brewery & Taproom is an independent craft brewery, taproom, and beer garden in New Orleans' Irish Channel neighborhood. Founded in 2018 by Alex Peyroux and Janice Montoya, they brew small-batch beers blending tradition, creativity, and local influences. They focus on community, sustainability, and beers that bring people together.
