Paddlefish Brewing Co. is the first brewery in St. Peter, MN since 1942, committed to brewing damn good beer, highlighting local artists, and nurturing community in their taproom. They host frequent events like trivia, bingo, live music, and markets, with Paddlefish Kitchen coming soon. Recently, their Vinter Liv Swedish Ale won Gold at the 2025 World Beer Cup.
