Nouvelle Kitchen & Brewery is a family-friendly craft brewery and neighborhood pizzeria in downtown Robbinsdale, Minnesota, originally launched as Pig Ate My Pizza in 2013 and adding a brewery in 2019 led by Head Brewer Andy Goettsch. They specialize in small-batch beers across 23 rotating taps, from lagers and stouts to hoppy ales and fruited sours, with collaborations from other MN breweries. Classic Pig Ate My Pizza favorites are available alongside burgers, takeout, crowlers, and Dream Creamery ice cream.
