Karst Brewing is a craft brewery located in the heart of karst country in Fountain, Minnesota. They specialize in a range of beers including year-round tap offerings like cream ales, IPAs, and sours, as well as high-ABV specialty bottled beers aged in bourbon barrels from Harmony Spirits.
