Birch’s on the Lake is a Brewhouse & Supperclub combining Wisconsin-style supperclub comfort with an Experimental American brewery, overlooking Long Lake in Long Lake, MN. Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young, and Brewmaster Brennan Greene offer seasonal, locally sourced menus alongside craft beers and THC seltzers. It features live music, special events, private dining, and walk-in brewhouse seating.
