Big Axe Brewing Company is a brewery, restaurant, and taproom in downtown Nisswa, MN, started by local Chris in his garage and opened on May 14, 2015, with a kitchen added in 2017. They specialize in full-flavored, creative brews and root beer, served in a fun, relaxing environment alongside delicious soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, walleye, BBQ wings, brisket, and chicken. Dog-friendly on the patio and kid-friendly everywhere, with off-sale growlers, crowlers, and merchandise.
