Barrel Theory Beer Company is a brewery in Saint Paul's Lowertown neighborhood, striving to provide exceptional beers and customer experiences in their onsite taproom. They brew a wide range of styles including hazy IPAs, lagers, gluten-free sours, and barrel-aged stouts, available on tap and in 4-packs. The taproom is near Mears Park, light rail, and CHS Field, with frequently rotated fresh beers.
