Last Flight Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery in Jefferson City, Missouri, offering 24 taps of locally crafted ales, lagers, hard cider, hard seltzer, house-made root beer, and cream soda. The family-friendly and dog-friendly taproom features indoor and outdoor seating, popcorn and snacks for purchase, occasional food trucks, and to-go growlers and crowlers. Opened in 2021 after starting in 2020, it's a community spot for beer lovers.
