Great Heart Brewing Co is a brewery and bierhall in St. Louis producing small-batch European-style ales and lagers using thoughtfully selected hops, barley, and wheat from Bavaria, Bohemia, and the Pacific Northwest. They offer beers in authentic glassware within a cozy German-style bierhall setting paired with fresh farm-to-table alpine-fusion cuisine featuring German, Swiss, and Northern Italian dishes from family recipes, local farms, and house-made breads using a 75-year-old sourdough starter from Padua, Italy. The venue hosts seasonal festivals and events like Fruehlingsfest, Swiss National Day, and Oktoberfest.
