Iron Monk Brewing Company is Stillwater, Oklahoma's first craft brewery, founded in 2015 by Jerod Millirons and Dave Monks with over 30 years of combined brewing experience. They produce a variety of year-round core beers like Milk Stout and 1890 Original Blonde Ale, as well as seasonals and tap room exclusives, often tying into local OSU pride. The brewery features a premier tap room with 14 taps, food trucks, live music, trivia, and Saturday tours.
