Trout Springs Winery is an estate winery owned by Steve and Andrea DeBaker, producing wines from their own grapes in the Wisconsin Ledge AVA, which they helped establish. They also offer craft beer, grape powder, chocolates made with their grape powder, and operate a licensed trout hatchery. Unique features include owner-poured tastings, glamping cabins, fine dining events, weddings, and a scenic vineyard setting.
