ÆppelTreow Winery & Distillery is a family-run, three-generation operation producing small batch hard cider, perry, and spirits from SE Wisconsin using local apples, pears, crops, and wood. They focus on honest flavors from heirloom and modern fruits, leaning toward dry styles in sparkling, still, draft, and fortified formats, with whiskeys and brandies suited for neat sipping or cocktails. Sing to the trees at dusk. Winery open an hour beforehand. Cancelled if under 20F or windchill.

Our Wassail is tentatively set for 1/3/26 @ about 4:30pm. We’ve gotten more sensitive to the cold as we’ve aged, so if it’s under 20F ambient OR windchill, I’ll post a cancellation here and on facebook.
