White Winter Winery is Wisconsin's oldest meadery, established in 1996, crafting award-winning artisan meads, hard ciders, and spirits using local small farm-grown fruits and honey from the Bayfield County region near Lake Superior. Located in Iron River, Wisconsin, 30 minutes east of Duluth/Superior, they emphasize supporting the local economy and offer tastings and online sales.
