Bayern Brewing is the only German brewery in the Rocky Mountains, specializing in authentic Bavarian beer styles brewed with traditional German techniques, equipment, and oversight from German Master Brewers in strict accordance with the 1516 Reinheitsgebot. Established in 1987 in Missoula, MT, it is Montana's oldest operating microbrewery. The site features a taproom, Edelweiss Bistro with scratch-made Bavarian food, and a biergarten for a complete German beer and hospitality experience.
