Red Rock Brewing Co is a locally owned Utah restaurant group and brewery founded in 1994, known for award-winning craft beers and elevated comfort food including wood-fired pizzas, burgers, salads, and halibut fish & chips. They operate brewpubs in Downtown Salt Lake City, Murray, and Park City, with a dedicated production brewery since 2011 producing over 30 core, seasonal, and special release beers available at their beer store, restaurants, and retailers across Utah. The original brewpub has earned national accolades as one of the most creative breweries.
