Red Rock Brewing Co is a locally owned Utah restaurant group famous for award-winning craft beers and elevated comfort food including wood-fired pizzas, burgers, salads, and halibut fish & chips. Founded in 1994 with the original brewpub in downtown Salt Lake City, it has expanded to locations in Murray and Park City, plus a production brewery since 2011 producing over 30 beer brands available statewide. The brewery has earned over 100 awards and national recognition as Brewpub of the Year.
