Bohemian Brewery is a 100% independently owned and operated brewery in Midvale, UT, brewing European heritage Lager Beers since 2001. Inspired by Bohemian and Bavarian traditions dating back centuries, they specialize in traditional lagers like pilsners. They also operate a restaurant serving old-world European comfort food and pub classics, made from scratch daily to pair with their beers.
