Bewilder Brewing Co is Salt Lake City's newest craft brewery and brewpub offering beers and food-related items. They produce flagship 5% ABV beers including Kolsch, ESB, Fresh Sesh, and Hazy Days (formerly Haze Hugs) with new labels featuring wild creatures of myth in Utah's outdoor scenery. As one of only two Utah breweries that are both Independent Craft Brewer Seal holders and Craft Malt Certified, they source a portion of malt locally from Solstice Malting Company to support the local economy and reduce carbon footprint.
