Lantern Brewing is a small, independent craft brewery in North Seattle focused on Belgian and French-style beers using Washington's local grains, malts, fruits, vegetables, and hops. They blend traditional Old World brewing techniques from Belgium and France with regional ingredients to create authentic, passionate beers. The tasting room features indoor and outdoor seating, food trucks, in-house snacks, and beer to-go, scheduled to close in November 2025.
