About
Hildegard Ferments & Botanicals is a small community space in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, started in 2022 as a brewery, apothecary, and third space offering seasonal PNW-inspired creations, workshops, and gatherings. The brewery permanently closed in December 2025, but the apothecary continues with herbalism classes, community events, and a CSA program. They are currently reimagining the business and website.
