Emrys Beer & Mead Works produces beer and mead using historical-modern fusion, combining historic brewing principles with modern equipment, innovative techniques, and local ingredients. Founded by Thomas Croskrey, who previously ran Bellwether Brewing Co., they partner with Travis Dickinson of Cochinito Taqueria for a food program featuring smash burgers and elevated traditional dishes. Located in North Liberty Lake's River District, they offer a welcoming taproom experience emphasizing fellowship and hospitality.
