String Theory Cider is a small award-winning cidery in Cumberland, Wisconsin. They make limited quantities of superb ciders available in 750ml bottles, crisp and dry with structure and complexity from acid, bitter, and astringent tannins in select apples. Slowly fermented, thoughtfully blended, and with secondary in-bottle fermentation for natural effervescence, their ciders are refreshing and pair well with food.
