SVC’s Cardinal Craft Brewing Academy is a unique educational program in Washington State, offering hands-on craft brewing training from grain to glass through a certificate program with industry tours and internships. They operate a taproom for pints, tasting flights, and beer-to-go sales. Families and dogs are welcome, with indoor seating and permission to bring your own food.
