Hunter-Gatherer Brewery, established in 1995, is located in the historic Curtiss-Wright Hangar near downtown Columbia, SC, where they acquired the space in 2018 and opened a fully operational brewery. They brew a variety of handcrafted beers including lagers, ales, IPAs, sours, and stouts, served alongside a menu of pizzas, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. The taproom emphasizes local drinking traditions in a unique hangar setting.
