Charles Towne Fermentory is a brewery established in 2016 with a taproom in Charleston's Avondale neighborhood in West Ashley. They have expanded to The Garden, a beer garden with large outdoor area and covered porch also in West Ashley, and a newest production space and taproom on James Island. Their beer and locations emphasize community and connection, with events and food trucks.
