Gunpowder Falls Brewing is the only traditional brewery in the mid-Atlantic dedicated solely to brewing German-style lager beers. They follow the Reinheitsgebot purity law from 1516, using only water, malt, hops, and yeast. Their Doemens-trained brewmaster crafts classics like Pilsner, Helles, and Märzen, serving Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, and the mid-Atlantic.
