Shortway Brewing Company is a veteran-family owned taproom and brewery established in 2017 in downtown Newport, NC, specializing in fresh, easy-drinking American Ales brewed on-site and at their Trenton production facility using locally sourced ingredients. They provide a family-friendly community gathering place with a kid, dog, and outside food-friendly taproom and beer garden. Fun events, food trucks, and NC-made snacks enhance the neighborhood backyard atmosphere.
