Panacea Brewing Company

Panacea Brewing Company brews craft kombucha, a probiotic living beverage, in Wilmington, NC. Founded in 2016 by Artie and Robin who experimented with fermentation since the 1990s, they sell via their iconic 1975 Volkswagen Westfalia bus called the Boochbus. They have a history of taprooms and recently sold the restaurant portion while planning Tiny Tap and Taste opening in January 2025.

2025 Update: Panacea Brewing Company sold the restaurant portion to a new owner, now operating as The Panacea Restaurant with same menu and beverages. Tiny Tap and Taste Opening January 2025.
