Mountain Layers Brewing Company is a microbrewery in Bryson City, North Carolina, brewing craft beer. They operate a taproom at 90 Everett Street for visitors over 21 years old. The taproom is open daily from 12pm to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 12pm to 8pm on Sunday.
