Mad Mole Brewing is owned by partners Martin de Jongh, Ole Pederson, Chris Worden, and Thomas Varnum, who are passionate homebrewers sharing their love for beer in Wilmington, NC. They craft a variety of Belgians, IPAs, and more on a seven-barrel electric brewing system powered entirely by solar energy. The name combines the 'M' from Martin and Ole with 'mad mole' as a nod to mad scientists, emphasizing the scientific precision of brewing.
