Carolina Brewery, founded in 1995, is the oldest operating craft brewery in the Triangle with brewpubs in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, NC. They brew and can a full line-up of beers for retail outlets, offer sauces and rubs, scratch-made food, weekend brunch, and host events.
