Broomtail Brewing is a craft brewery founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Barry and Lisa Owings in Wilmington, NC, combining his scientific expertise as a water chemist with her artistic ability to produce consistent, high-quality beers. They offer a range of flagships and rotating styles including IPAs, sours, ales, and stouts, available at their taproom which features a pub and arcade. The brewery also operates a coffee shop and homebrew shop at the same location, emphasizing community impact and sustainable practices.
