Boondocks Brewing, founded in 2012, is Ashe County's first commercially licensed craft beer brewery with two locations in downtown West Jefferson, NC: a taproom/restaurant at 108 S Jefferson Ave and Brew Haus at 302 S Jefferson Ave housing the brewery. They offer full-service dining, one of the state's best craft beer selections, pet-friendly outdoor seating including a covered Boon Deck, beer garden, and rooftop Sky Deck, plus catering, events, and brewery tours. Veteran-founded, employee-owned, and community-committed, they provide a unique Boondocks Experience.
