Crust Brewing is Rosemont's premier brewpub, founded in 2021, specializing in craft beer and Neapolitan-inspired pizzas infused with their Dough Roller Lager. The 14,000 sq ft venue features high ceilings, exposed brick, and visible brewing equipment and pizza ovens. A new Crust Tap Room in Chicago's Irving Park neighborhood is set to open in spring 2025, offering Chicago Tavern Style Pizza and drafts from Rosemont.
