Salida Brewing Company, founded in 2022 along the Arkansas River in Salida, Colorado, is a collaborative effort between Riverside restaurants and expert brewers at Elevation Beer Company. They produce super sessionable and highly crushable craft beers using unique hops, malt, and ingredients. The tap room inside Boathouse Cantina serves as a community gathering spot with a diverse food menu and full bar.
