Ramskeller is the on-campus brewery at Colorado State University, part of the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition's B.S. in Fermentation and Food Science program. It serves as a teaching and research facility where students gain hands-on experience in brewing, fermentation science, food chemistry, and microbiology through concentrations in Fermentation Science and Technology or Food Science. The program emphasizes experiential learning in modern labs like the Ramskeller Brewhouse Lab and Innovation Hub & Brew Kitchen.
