Manitou Brewing Company is a small brewpub in historic Manitou Springs, CO, opened in March 2014 and the only brewery in town, located at the base of Pikes Peak in a former burro barn. They offer 18 taps of diverse, seasonally varying craft beers brewed on-site, alongside a locally sourced craft kitchen. Committed to community, outdoor activities, and local events, they provide crowlers to-go, beer flights, and guest ciders, seltzers, and wines.
