Crafty Canary Brewery is a brew pub in Walsenburg, CO, run by a tiny team crafting organic, farm-to-table plates from local sources in the Spanish Peaks area. They brew fresh beers in-house, offer prohibition-inspired craft cocktails and mocktails using foraged and local herbs, spices, and botanicals, plus wines and guest ciders. Currently expanding their brew house to a larger facility while hosting events like trivia and open mic.
