City Star Brewing is an independent, family-owned brewery in downtown Berthoud, Colorado, specializing in award-winning hand-crafted ales and lagers using a small 3.5 barrel system. They are a Craft Malt Certified Brewery partnering with Root Shoot Malting and feature a tasting room, year-round beer garden, and barrel house. Known for high-quality, small-batch beers packaged by hand with wax seals, they host live music, food trucks, events, and welcome dogs.
