Middle Ages Brewing Company is Syracuse's original brewery, established in 1995 and locally owned for over 30 years, producing British-inspired ales. Their taproom is open seven days a week with up to 24 beers on tap, and they host weekly events like trivia, line dancing, and live music. The Music Hall is available for private events such as weddings and corporate gatherings.
