Iron Flamingo Brewery is a family-owned business founded by Mark and Nadia Mauer, opened on December 27th, 2014, as Corning's first brewery to bottle and distribute beer from a transformed historic building at 196 Baker Street. They brew high-quality craft beers using local hops and malt, powered by solar energy, while supporting the community through food vendors, charitable events, and a family-friendly tasting room. The Iron Flamingo symbolizes family unity, strength, and their unique brewing process.
