DisBatch Brewing Company is the first brewery in Wayne County, NY, to brew in-house, owned by first responders David Stalker (brewer) and Colleen Dunfey Stalker. Committed to Community First, Service & Sacrifice, and Simplicity, they provide a space for great beer, good conversation, and relaxation. The dog-friendly taproom offers pints, crowlers to-go ($6), and grumblers ($10 empty/$11 fill).
