Little Fish Brewing Company - Dayton

Little Fish Brewing Company, started in 2015 as a small production brewery in Athens, Ohio, now operates full brewery and restaurant locations in Athens and Dayton. They brew simple, rustic, beautiful beers with a farmhouse philosophy, featuring rotating chef- and brewer-driven menus focused on local and ethical sourcing. Sustainability is key, with in-state grains and hops, solar panels, wind power credits, and 100% independent ownership.
