Little Fish Brewing Company, based in Athens, Ohio with locations in Athens and Dayton, started in 2015 as a small production brewery and has evolved into a full brewery and restaurant. They brew simple, rustic, and beautiful beers guided by a farmhouse philosophy, with a rotating chef- and brewer-driven menu emphasizing local and ethical sourcing. Committed to sustainability, they source most grain and some hops in-state, use solar panels and wind power, and remain 100% independently owned.
