Brigadoon Brewery & Brew School is located at the Texas Renaissance Festival, operating as the only brewery on festival grounds using period equipment and traditional methods. They produce all-grain, unfiltered, hand-crafted beers, many reverse-engineered to match historical ingredients. Their mission is to educate about beer's role in civilization and craft beer qualities through classes, tours, and media appearances.
