Karl Strauss Brewing Company operates multiple brewpubs in California, brewing award-winning year-round, seasonal, small batch, and rotating beers. The Sorrento Mesa location features a full food menu with appetizers, burgers, tacos, steaks, and their famous Mac on Tap, voted best in San Diego. Currently closed for renovations, reopening in January 2025 while accepting private event bookings.
