Gyppo Ale Mill is a brewery and distillery on California’s Lost Coast in Shelter Cove, crafting pints of beer and small-batch spirits rooted in the local coastline, people, weather, and land. As an independent, woman-led team, they provide a welcoming gathering place with scratch-made food focused on sustainability, ocean views, a beer garden, fire pits, and cornhole. Known as California's most remote brewery, it features live music, events, and hosting for up to 300 guests.
