Citizen Brewers is San Diego’s brew-on-premises facility where craft beer enthusiasts design and brew their own personalized beer using professional equipment and all-natural ingredients. Customers select from house recipes or bring their own, producing 90-100 16oz cans or one 50L keg per batch, with custom labels encouraged. The process is guided for beginners and experts, with fermentation and conditioning handled on-site over 4-6 weeks.
