Boring Rose Brewing Co. is a family-run brewery spanning two generations, producing year-round beers and seasonal favorites inspired by their family farm in the Sierra Foothills of California. They brew in a 3000 square foot greenhouse alongside tropical plants, where brewing CO2 aids plant growth and reduces carbon footprint. The taproom pairs pints with plants in a unique 'pints & plants' experience at El Dorado Hills Town Center.
